In line with our long term strategy to diversify into future mobility solutions, Sitara Petroleum Service Limited (SPSL) has acquired a significant equity stake in Capital Smart Motors (Private) Limited (CSM). This investment allows SPSL to actively participate in the early growth phase of Pakistan's electric vehicle (EV) market, develop new revenue streams linked to electric mobility, and strengthen its long-term relevance in the future transportation and energy ecosystem. This strategic move complements our existing operations, supporting SPSL's corporate vision of becoming a forward-looking mobility and energy platform.
Capital Smart Motors is leading the clean energy transition by introducing a diverse, multi-brand strategy that spans from entry-level urban cars to premium luxury vehicles. CSM manages the import, distribution, and future local assembly of several globally recognized EV brands within the Pakistani market.
